(Santiago, Chile) This was the majority of a group in front of La Moneda, which is where they used to make their coins. Now a days it is used for meetings and such for the president. Many years ago the presidents used to live here, but of course now they live in a place with much more security than this.
(Santiago, Chile) This is a picture from the very first day that we got here. Hence why I look so exhausted! but anyways the background behind me is Santiago, and it was very hazy. Lots of pollution in the air although they try to do a good job with it. This view was on the way to go up and see the Virgin Mary that looks over all of Santiago.
(Santiago, Chile)- Here is the vineyard where we went to taste all of the wine! It is the only vineyard that has stayed in the family throughout its existence! The name of it was Cousino Macul. I enjoyed tasting both a white and red wine, although it is still not something I have determined I love. I thought that they would drink a WHOLE lot more wine, but that's not the case! We haven't had wine a single night with dinner. Mostly just water and tea.
(Sanitago, Chile)- This is the view from my hotel room in Santiago at night. It was so nice to have my good lens to be able to take a picture of all the lights!
